摘　　要：在大中型水利水电工程移民搬迁安置实施过程中移民社会监督发挥了重要的作用,积累了丰富的实践经验,并在全国水利水电工程移民搬迁安置实施工作中推广应用。本文对大中型水利水电工程移民搬迁安置实施阶段移民社会监督服务概念及特征结合我国现行工程建设管理体制进行探讨研究,以推进水利水电工程移民社会监督工作的完善与发展。Migration social supervision plays an important role in migration resettlement implementation process of the large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower project. A wealth of practical experience has been accumulated. It can be promoted and applied in migration resettlement of national water conservancy and hydropower project. In this paper, the migration social supervision service concepts and characteristics in the migration resettlement implementation stage in large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects are discussed and studied by combining current project construction and management system in China,thereby improving and developing migration social supervision work in water conservancy and hydropower project.
