俯卧位与斜卧位经皮肾镜治疗输尿管上段结石的效果对比分析

摘　　要：目的为了进一步探讨比较俯卧位与斜卧位经皮肾镜治疗输尿管上段结石的l临床实际治疗效果之间的差异，从而为输尿管上段结石的治疗提供指导和依据。方法选取了本院2011年10月至2012年12月间入院治疗的83例经皮肾镜治疗输尿管上段结石的患者为研究对象，针对患者采用不同体位分为俯卧位组（42例）和斜卧位组（41例）两组，对两组的治疗效果进行了比较分析。结果两组患者实施不同体位治疗方法后，斜卧位组患者的l临床一期结石清除率和并发症发生率均显著的优于俯卧位患者的水平；在手术时间、造瘘管留置时间、住院时间等三项指标比较上，斜卧位组患者的水平显著的优于俯卧位组患者的水平，且组间比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在临床治疗输尿管上段结石的实践过程中，与俯卧位相比较，采用斜卧位经皮肾镜治疗方法的临床效果显著，是治疗治疗输尿管上段结石的安全可靠选择。Objectives To further explore the differences of the clinical actual treatment： of prone position decumbens bit percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi and provide g^aidance and basis of upper ureteral calculi. Methods s3 cases of ureteral segment stones by percntaneous kidney treatment hospital- ized in our hospital from October 2011 to December 2012 were chosen as the research object. The treatment effect of the application of different body positions was taken for comparative analysis. Results After different body pos- tures treatment of the two groups of patients, the clinical stone clearance rate and complication rate of the recumbency position patients was significantly better than the level of the prone position in patients with fistula. In the comparison of operative time, indwelling time, hospitalization time three indicators, the level of recumbency bit patients was sig- nificantly better than the patients prone group level, and between the two groups, P 〈0.05, the difference was sta- tistically significant. Conclusions In the process of practice in the clinical treatment of upper ureteral calculi in comparison with the prone phase, the clinical effect of recumbency bit percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment is sig- nificant, and it is a safe and reliable choice for the treatment of upper ureteral stones.
