摘　　要：在汽车外覆盖件拉深成形时 ,表面精度要求严格控制 ,一般来说 ,表面误差如起皱等现象是受许多拉延成形相关的因素影响。In press forming of autobody outer panels, surface defects should be strictly avoided. The surface defects such as wrinkles are, in general, affected by many factors relevant to forming conditions. In this paper the wrinkle forming and disappearing process have been analyzed numerically and experimentally from contact condition and bland holder shape between material and punch.
