一例人工养殖大鲵感染虹彩病毒和嗜水气单胞菌的诊治

摘　　要：2013年3月,贵州省某大鲵养殖场发生了以大鲵体表和四肢多处溃烂、内脏器官出现充血、出血为特征的疾病,经过临床症状观察、病理解剖及实验室诊断,诊断为虹彩病毒和嗜水气单胞菌的混合感染。通过采取综合有效的防治措施,大鲵养殖场疫情得到有效控制。A case of disease was occurred with typical clinical signs including ulcers in the skin, swell in the limbs, internal organs hyperemia and hemorrhage in Andrios davidianus farm in Guizhou in March 2013. After the clinical symptoms observation, the pathological anatomy and laboratory diagnosis, this disease was diagnosed for the Giant Salamander lridovirus and Aeromonas hydrophila mixed infection. Through taking the synthesis effective preventive measure, the epidemic situation of the A. davidianus farm has been effectively controlled.
