摘　　要：目的了解深圳市手足口病就诊情况及其病原学特征。方法发放统一设计的手足口病监测月报表,采用由医生填写调查表的方法,对2008-2010年深圳市某手足口病监测医院的门诊就诊病例和手足口病例分别进行统计;同时随机采集调查期间431例手足口病病例粪便标本,采用荧光逆转录-聚合酶链反应(reverse tran-scription-polymerase chain reaction,RT-PCR)方法进行病原学核酸检测。结果 2008-2010三年共有门诊就诊病例427 458例,其中手足口病10 355例,构成比为2.42%。4～10月份病例数较多;431例手足口病病例中,肠道病毒71型(enterovirus 71,EV71)阳性143例,阳性率为33.18%,柯萨奇病毒A16型(coxsackievirus A16,CoxA16)阳性78例,阳性率为18.10%。结论 2008-2010年手足口病就诊病例数占门诊病例数比例逐年增加,手足口病越来越受到人们的重视;2008-2010年深圳市手足口病的主要病原体为EV71,CoxA16的阳性率逐年下降。Objective To study the outpatients and pathogens of hand, foot and mouth diease （HFMD） in Shenz- hen City. Methods HFMD surveillance monthly report form were issued and collected, HFMD outpatients cases and other cases from one HFMD surveillance hospital during 2008 -2010 were summarized and statistically analyzed. 431 cases were chosen randomly and analyzed by real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）. Results There were 427 458 outpatients cases in the hospital during 2008 - 2010, including 10 355 HFMD outpatients which accounted for 2. 42% of the total outpatients cases. The number of HFMD cases increased from April to October. 143 cases were found enterovirus 71 （EVT1） positive which accounted for 33. 18%, 78 cases were found coxsackievirus A16 （CoxA16） positive which accounted for 18. 10%. Conclusions The constituent ratio of patients with HFMD among all outpatients increased year by year from 2008 to 2010, HFMD was paid more attention than ever before. EVT1 was the major pathogen for HFMD in Shenzhen during 2008 -2010, however, the incidence of CoxA16 decreased year by year.
