医学生传染病防治教学现况及改革措施建议

摘　　要：目的了解医学生传染病防治知识、技能的现状及其影响因素,为医学生传染病防治教学改革提供建议。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,抽取26所五年制临床医学和预防医学专业学生的培养方案,抽取某高校临床医学和预防医学毕业生114人,调查分析传染病课程体系和医学生传染病知识、技能掌握情况及其影响因素。结果 26所高校中,临床医学专业开设传染病防治相关课程4～9门,共196～423学时;预防医学专业传染病防治相关课程5～11门,共240～447学时。预防医学专业学生知识技能总分(26.49±1.03),高于临床医学专业学生得分(21.73±1.40)(P<0.001),影响医学生传染病知识技能得分的因素有主干课程平均成绩和传染病实习时间(均有P<0.05)。结论医学生传染病课程体系中,涉及传染病实际应用的相关课程较少;医学生传染病防治知识、技能掌握情况不容乐观,主干课程平均成绩和传染病实习时间为传染病知识技能掌握的影响因素。Objective To study the knowledge, skills and influencing factors of preventing infectious diseases of medical students, to put forward a proposal measure for education reformation. Methods A random cluster sample of 114 college students majoring in preventive and clinical medicine were questionnaired, and average score of main courses, re- cords of severa/courses such as medical microbiology, infectious diseases, and epidemiology. Simultaneously, the practice time, the grasping levels of knowledge and skills of infectious diseases were analyzed. Results The score of knowledge and skills in students majoring in preventive medicine （26.49 ± 1.03 ） was higher than that in students majoring in clinical medicine （21.73 ± 1.40） （P 〈 0.001 ）. The factors affected the score of medical students included average scores of main courses and practice time of infectious disease （ all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The state of knowledge and skills on preven- tion of infectious diseases among medical students was less optimistic, and there were two contributing factors affecting the grade of knowledge and skills in prevention of infectious diseases, which were average scores of main courses and practice time of infectious diseases.
