摘　　要：本文在外贸困境的背景下,分析民营进出口企业的发展现状及其在中国外贸整体中的地位;研究民营进出口企业对影响出口的因素、市场问题、银行贷款、用工问题以及对政府的期待这五个方面问题的认知,并提出了政策建议。The article analyses foreign trade private enterprises＇ present situation and the role in the import and export trade of the whole country in a difficult position; investigates foreign trade private enterprises＇ attitude on the influencing factors of export and on the problems of market, the bank＇ s loan, and the work force ; and of- fers policy proposals.
