摘  要:通过实地问卷调研,获得松花江流域大型灌区运行现状基础数据,结合当地灌区实际情况,建立灌区现状评价指标体系,采用熵值法确定指标权重,并运用灰色关联模型对灌区运行现状进行评价,最终得出松花江流域大型灌区运行现状优劣程度,评价结果将为松花江流域大型灌区节水改造及其投资的优先次序确定提供参考依据。Through field surveys and questionnaires,the basic data of large-scale irrigation districts in Songhua River Basin are gained.Considering the actual situation of local districts,an evaluation index system for the largescale irrigation districts in Songhua River Basin is established.The entropy method is adopted to identify the weighting of the indices,and the grey correlation model is employed to evaluate the actual situation of the large-scale irrigation districts in Songhua River Basin.The strengths and weaknesses of the operating status of the large-scale irrigation districts in Songhua River Basin are obtained.The results will provide reference basis for the water-saving transformation of the large-scale irrigation districts and the determination of the sequence of their investment.
