摘 要:介绍了3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲酸的合成方法、化学反应和在药物合成中的应用等研究进展,叙述了甲基化法、酯水解法和醛氧化法的优缺点,在化学反应中对3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲酸的羧基、苯环和甲氧基3个不同反应部位发生的反应进行了总结;叙述了3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲酸作为药物中间体的用途。认为目前3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲酸的来源比较单一,合成方法和生产工艺需要进一步探索和改进,对其衍生物作为一个合成砌块没有得到充分发挥。The recent research progress in synthesis methods,chemical reaction and application in pharmaceutical synthesis of 3,4,5trimethoxybenzoic acid were introduced.The advantage and disadvantage of the three preparing methods such as methylation method,ester hydrolysis method and aldehyde oxidation method were reviewed.The reaction occurred in the three reactive sites of 3,4,5 trimethoxybenzoic acid including carboxyl group,benzene ring and methoxy in chemical reaction were summarized.The purposes of 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoic acid used as pharmaceutical intermediates were discussed.The 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoic acid′ s source was unitary,the synthetic methods and process needed to be further exploration and improvement,its derivatives as a synthetic block didn′t get into full play.
