摘 要:首次提出了阿莫西林的FI-AAS分析方法。它是基于阿莫西林在适当的酸度条件下与高锰酸钾和氯化钡反应生成沉淀,经流动注射在线过滤稀释,以AAS法测定反应剩余锰的量来间接测定阿莫西林的量。本法在 2~20mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.9998)。回收率为 97.6%~98.9%,采样频率为 100 h-1。与药典法相比,相对平均偏差小于 0.2%。用于实际样品测定,获得满意结果。The analytical method for the determination of amoxcillin is reported. This is based on the nation of amoxcillin with potassium pormanganate and barium chloride in alkaline medium to form precipitate quantitatively. The amount of residual manganese can be determined by flow injection on-line filtration-dilution-atomic absorption spectrometry, then the content of amoxcillin can be determined indirectly. The linear range is 2 ~ 20 mg/L, the recovery is 97 .6% - 98 .9%, the sampling frequency is 100h. The relative average deviation is less than 0.2% compared with pharmacopeia method. When the method has ho applied to determine amoxcillin with good result.
