摘　　要：目的:探讨预见性护理在支气管哮喘患儿中的应用效果情况。方法:分析支气管哮喘患儿的临床资料,依据护理方式不同分为对照组135例和观察组165例。结果:预见性护理组支气管哮喘患儿血气分析、肺功能、生活质量评分均明显优于普通护理组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理在支气管哮喘患儿中的应用可以明显提高患儿的临床疗效,提高患儿生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To approach application effect of bronchial asthma children by Foreseeing nursing. Methods To analyze clinical data of bronchial asthma children,which was to be divided into general nursing group of 135 cases and 165 cases of humanized nursing group. Results Blood gas analysis, pulmonary function, quality of life score of bronchial asthma children of humanized nursing were better than general nursing group, the difference were statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Humanistic nursing care can significantly improve the clinical efficacy in children with bronchial asthma in children, improving the quality of life in children, which was to be used.
