摘  要:文章以钛网为基体,采用电沉积法制备PbO2电极,考察电流密度、甲基橙初始质量浓度、pH值、Cl-浓度等因素对甲基橙去除效果的影响。结果表明甲基橙初始质量浓度、电流密度均对反应速率常数影响较大,当甲基橙溶液初始质量浓度为30mg/L、外加电流密度为21mA/cm2、pH=5时反应120min,甲基橙的去除率达到94.45%,添加氯离子,使得间接氧化能力增强,当Cl-浓度为60mmol/L时,在最优条件下电解20min,去除率可以达到91.77%。Ti-base lead dioxide electrode was successfully prepared by using electrodeposltlon memoa. Effect of current density, initial concentration of methyl orange, chloride ion concentration and pH value on the degradation rate of methyl orange was investigated. The results showed that the initial concentration of methyl orange and current density influenced the reaction rate constant greatly. The degradation rate could be up to 94.45 % when the initial methyl orange solution was 30 rag/L, the pH value was equal to 5, the current density was 21 mA/cm^2 and the degradation time was 120 min. Adding chlorine ion made the indirect oxidation ability strengthened, the degradation rate could be up to 91.77% when the chloride ion concentration was 60 mmol/L and the degradation time was 20 min.
