摘 要:目的探讨精液活性氧对精液质量及体外受精(IVF)结局的影响。方法采用化学发光法检测72例不育男性患者精液活性氧含量;Pearson相关分析法分析精液活性氧含量与精液质量及IVF结局的关系。结果 72例患者精液活性氧含量(72.19±3.56)RLU/s。Pearson相关分析显示精液活性氧含量与精子活率、正常形态率、受精率、正常受精率均呈显著负相关(r分别为-0.799、-0.827、-0.768、-0.792,P均<0.05),与精子密度、不成熟精子率呈正相关(r分别为0.317、0.794,P均<0.05),与男方年龄、精液量及IVF卵裂率、优胚率无相关性(P均>0.05)。结论适量活性氧对精子的发生、成熟和获能具有一定的作用,过量活性氧可致精子活力下降,受精率降低;但对IVF卵裂率和优质胚胎率无显著影响。Abstract: Objective To investigate the influence of semen reactive oxygen species on the sperm quality and out- comes of in vitro fertilization. Methods The semen active oxygen species contents of 72 cases infertile men were detected by chemiluminescence method. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between semen reactive oxy- gen species content and sperm quality, outcomes of in vitro fertilization. Results The semen reactive oxygen species con- tents of 72 cases infertile men were (72.19 ± 3.56 )RLU/s. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the semen reactive ox- ygen species content was negatively correlated with sperm motility rate, normal morphology rate, IVF fertilization rate and normal fertilization rate ( r = - 0. 799, - 0. 827, - 0. 768 and - 0. 792 ; all P 〈 O. 05 ) ; and it was positively correlated with sperm density and the immature sperm rate ( r = 0.317, 0. 794 ; all P 〈 0.05 ). However, no correlation was found be- tween the semen reactive oxygen species content and the age, semen volume, cleavage rate, good quality embryo rate (all P 〉 O. 05 ). Conclusions The right amount of semen reactive oxygen species content can promote the occurrence, matu- ration and the capacitation of sperm. The excessive amount of reactive oxygen species can decrease the sperm motility, ferti- lization rate. but it has no significant impact on the IVF cleavaze rate and ~ood aualitv emhrvo rata.
