摘　　要：目的观察头发交叉固定术(hair apposition technique,HAT)处理后采用暴露疗法的临床效果。方法选择2009年1月—2012年11月我院急诊科收治的单纯头皮裂伤86例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组43例。2组均彻底清创、消毒后行HAT,观察组暴露伤口,对照组辅料覆盖伤口。观察比较两组有效率、痊愈时间和视觉模拟评分法(visual analoguescole,VAS)评分。结果观察组痊愈率95.3%,有效率97.7%,均显著高于对照组的79.1%和86%(P<0.05),观察组术后VAS评分高于对照组(P>0.05);伤口愈合时间,观察组(4.5±1.32)d,对照组(6.7±2.15)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单纯头皮裂伤后应用HAT并暴露疗法疗效优于覆盖敷料法,有临床应用价值。Objective To observe clinical effect of exposure therapy after hair apposition technique（HAT）.Methods A total of 86 patients with simple scalp laceration in our emergency department during January 2009 and November 2012 were randomly divided into control group（n = 43） and observation group（n = 43）,Patients in the two groups were treated with thorough debridement and HAT after disinfection.The wounds were covered by accessories in control group,while in observation group the wounds were exposed.Effective rate,healing time and visual analogue scales（VAS） of the two groups were observed and compared.Results In observation group,the healing rate and effective rate were 95.3% and 97.7 % respectively,which were significantly higher than 79.1% and 86% in observation group（P 0.05）,postoperative VAS score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（P 0.05）;healing time of wound were（4.5 ± 1.32） d in observation group and（6.7 ± 2.15） d in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion HAT combined with exposure therapy in treatment of simple scalp laceration may have significant effect compared with covered dressings method.
