超声聚焦治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声聚焦治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将我院2010-2012年间收治的94例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为超声聚焦治疗组(观察组)和糠酸莫米松喷鼻治疗组(对照组),各47例,应用视觉模拟量表(VAS)对两组患者的临床疗效进行评价,同时观察两组患者治疗前、后的血清学指标变化情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后总有效率为95.7%,显著高于对照组患者的80.9%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的IgE、IL-4及IL-12水平较治疗前均有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者改善情况优于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用超声聚焦手术治疗变应性鼻炎临床疗效好,能够显著改善患者的临床症状,且无创、无毒副作用,值得临床进一步推广使用。Objective. To investigate the elinical effect of focused ultrasound in the treatment of allergie rhinitis. Methods： 94 cases of allergic rhinitis in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were randomly divided into focused ultrasound treatment group （observation group） and mometasone furoate nasal spray treatment group （control group）, 47 cases in each group, used the visual analog scale （VAS） to evaluate the clinical effect, at the same time observed changes of serolog- ical indicators. Results： The total effective rate of patients in observation group was 95. 7%, significantly higher than that in control group（80. 9%）, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0. 05）. After treatment, IgE, IL-4 and IL-12 levels of patients were improved than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）, the observation group were better than control group, there was significant difference between the groups（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Taking focused ultrasound in the treatment of allergic rhinitis has good clinical effect, can improve clinical symptoms, and non-invasive and side effects, it is worthy of further promotion.
