摘 要:目的:探讨衡阳地区近6年新生儿尿路感染常见病原菌的分布及耐药情况。方法:对本院新生儿科2007年1月-2012年12月收治的本地区212例新生儿尿路感染的中段尿培养阳性结果及药敏结果进行回顾性统计分析。结果:所分离的212株菌株中,革兰阴性菌(G-)172株,占81.1%;革兰阳性菌(G+)35株,占16.5%;真菌5株,占2.4%。居前3位的病原菌依次为大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、粪肠球菌。革兰阴性菌对第二、三代头孢类抗菌药物耐药性高,但对碳青霉烯类、喹诺酮类、氨基糖苷类抗菌药物敏感性高;革兰阳性菌对β-内酰胺类抗菌药物耐药性高,而对万古霉素、利奈唑胺罕见耐药。结论:革兰阴性菌是近6年衡阳地区新生儿尿路感染的主要病原菌,其中大肠埃希氏菌占主导地位,且耐药率高。Objective.To explore the distribution and drug resistance of common pathogens of neonatal urinary tract infection in Hengyang in nearly 6 years. Methods: To analyze retrospectively the positive results and susceptibility resuits of 212 cases of neonatal urinary tract infection urine culture from January 2007 to December 2012. Results: In Isolated 212 strains, 172 strains are Gram-negative bacteria(G-) which accounted for 81. 1%; 35 strains (16. 5%) are gram-positive bacteria (G+ ) ; five are fungal, accounting for 2. 4%. The top three pathogens were Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterococcus faecalis. Gram-negative bacteria had high resistance on the second, third generation cephalosporin class of antimicrobial, but had high sensitivity in carbapenems, quinolones, aminoglycoside antibiotics; Gram-positive bacteria had high resistance to the β-1actam antimicrobial drugs, while had rare resistant to vancomycin, linezolid. Contusion.. Grarrrnegative bacteria is the main pathogen of the Hengyang neonatal urinary tract infection in the past 6 years, in which Escherichia coli are dominated,and has high drug resistance rates.
