小儿智力糖浆对可疑脑瘫高危儿童早期干预的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中成药小儿智力糖浆对脑性瘫痪儿童早期脑发育的影响。方法:将62例患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组各31例。2组患儿均静脉滴注单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液和脑蛋白水解物,1次/d,连续10天,休息20天,对照组给予静脉营养脑细胞治疗和粗大运动、精细运动及语言训练,每项训练1次/d,40 min/次;治疗组31例在此基础上给予小儿智力糖浆口服,月龄1～3个月者,5 mL/次,2次/d,3～6个月者,5 mL/次,3次/d。疗程均为3个月,疗程结束后通过Gesell儿童发育量表评价疗效。结果:治疗组在粗大运动行为能区、精细动作行为能区、适应行为能区、语言和个人-社交行为能区的发育商(DQ)方面均高于对照组(P<0.05),2组在疗效方面具有统计学差异。结论:小儿智力糖浆对脑瘫高危儿童脑发育有一定的促进作用。Objective： To explore the effects ofXiaoEr ZhiLi syrup on early cerebral development of children with cerebral palsy. Method： All 62 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. Both groups received intravenous dripping of monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside sodium injection and cerebrolysin vial, once per day, for ten consecutive days, resting for 20 days, the control group received intravenous nutritional treatment of cerebral cells, gross motor skill, fine motor skill and speech training, each training once per day, each time 40 minutes; the treatment group oral XiaoEr ZhiLi syrup, the children aged one to three months, 5mL each time, twice per day, the ones aged three to six months, 5mL each time, three times per day. Three months were one course of treatment and clinical effects were assessed with Gesell developmental scale when the course of treatment was finished. Result： The treatment group was higher than the control group in developmental quotients of gross motor skills, fine motor skill, adaptive behavior, language and individual-social activity （P〈0.05）, both groups showed statistical difference in clinical effects. Conclusion： XiaoEr ZhiLi syrup could promote cerebral development of chil- dren at high risk for cerebral palsy to a certain degree.
