生脉注射液在预防心血管疾病患者腹部手术全麻插管反应中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察生脉注射液对心血管疾病患者进行腹部外科手术全麻中预防插管反应的临床疗效。方法:将并发心血管疾病的腹部外科疾病患者60例按照入院先后顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。2组患者均择期采用全麻插管进行腹部外科手术,治疗组在全麻前静脉滴注生脉注射液,对照组则不滴注;观察2组患者麻醉诱导前基础值,插管即刻、插管后5、10分钟、拔管时心率及血压,术中S-T段改变以及心律失常的发生率。结果:2组患者均顺利完成气管插管及手术,与对照组比较,治疗组心率及血压变化小(P<0.05);术中S-T段改变以及心律失常的发生率明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心血管疾病患者腹外科手术全麻诱导前应用生脉注射液,可有效预防麻醉及手术操作对心血管应激反应,减少心血管系统的不良反应。Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of ShengMai injection in preventing intubation reaction of patients with cardiovascular diseases under general anesthesia in abdominal surgery. Method： Sixty patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. Patients of both groups were given with abdominal surgery and intubation under general anaestheisa, the treatment group received intravenous dripping of ShengMai in-jection under general anaestheisa; the incidence of arrhythmia, the changes of S-T segement in the operation, heart rate before anaestheisa, at the moment of intubation, in five and ten minutes after intubations and withdrawal of the tube were observed in both groups. Result： The patients in both groups finished tracheal intubation and were per- formed the surgery smoothly, compared with the control group, the changes of heart rate and blood pressure were smaller in the treatment group （P〈0.05）; the incidence of arrhythmia and S-T segement changes in the surgery were smaller than that of the control group significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Application of ShengMoi injection to the patients with cardiovascular disease receiving abdominal surgery before general anaesthsia could effectively prevent the stress induced by anaesthsia and surgery, and reduce side effects of cardiovascular system.
