摘 要:以汽液两相流理论及方法为基础,采用CFD混合多相流模型,对处于高温、高压、高速复杂工况的波纹管集装式机械密封装置密封腔内两相流场进行了数值建模和分析,得到了由冲洗口位置的不同和密封环旋转引起的复杂三维流场特性,对不同的冷却效果进行对比,得到了最佳冷却位置,分析了密封腔内的温度场、压力场和速度场,并对比分析了密封腔压力随着不同主轴转速和不同冲洗液入口速度所呈现的规律,为高参数复杂工况下波纹管集装式机械密封装置的结构优化设计提供了理论依据。Based on vapor-liquid two-phase flow theory and methods,using CFD mixed multiphase flow model,the seal cavity vapor-liquid two-phase flow field for the bellows mechanical seal under such complex working conditions of high-temperature,high-pressure,high-speed was numerically simulated and analyzed,and the complex three-dimensional flow field characteristics were obtained by the different rinse position and sealing ring rotates,and different cooling effects were contrasted,then the best cooling position were found after analysis,and also the temperature field,the pressure field and the velocity field of the seal cavity are analyzed,and the law of the sealed cavity pressure with different spindle speed and different flushing fluid inlet velocity are comparatively analyzed.The theoretical basis were provided for structural optimization design of complex conditions bellows cartridge mechanical seals.
