摘 要:针对广泛使用的电动单梁桥式起重机,采用有限元技术对其整机金属结构的力学性能进行了详细分析。首先利用三维CAD软件构建了整体金属结构的几何模型,然后采用HyperMesh软件,基于ANSYS模板建立了整机的有限元模型,并将约束设置在车轮位置。结合起重机载荷组合的特点,考虑起重机在运动状态下的动载效应,设计了典型的计算工况。在ANSYS中计算了结构在不同工况下的应力和位移,获得了结构的静强度和静刚度,根据计算结构对主梁和端梁的力学性能进行了分析,提出了相应的设计建议。According to the widely-used electric single girder bridge crane,the mechanical performances of the overall steel structure were analyzed in detail by using FEM.Firstly,the geometric model of the whole steel structure was build up in CAD.Then the FEA model with ANSYS profile was set up by HyperMesh,in which the constraints were located at the wheels' centroid.Considering the dynamic effect of the crane's loads in its working process,typical working conditions were designed in accordance with the loads'characteristic.The stress and displacement were computed by ANSYS under different working conditions and the structure's static strength and static rigidity were obtained.The mechanical performances of the main girder and end girder were discussed and some relevant design suggestions were put forward.
