摘　　要：桥式起重机是典型的定制产品,面对激烈的市场竞争,急需提升产品开发和设计能力;产品平台正是提升产品开发和设计能力的新方法。在研究产品平台设计理论和方法的基础上,提出了构建桥式起重机产品平台的方案和架构,阐述了构建产品平台的关键技术和实现方法,系统论述了面向产品平台的模块参数化建模方法,并完成了桥式起重机产品平台构建,其应用表明产品平台是桥式起重机定制设计的理想方法,能够更多利用公共模块满足用户的多样化需求。Bridge crane is typical customized product,in the face of the fierce market competition,it is urgent to enhance product development and design ability;Product platform is the new method to promote product development and design ability.Based on the theories and methods of product platform,it proposed a solution and architecture of product platform about bridge-crane,described key technology of building a product platform,elaborated modular and parametric modeling methods oriented to product platform and finally completed the product platform of bridge-crane.The practical application shows that the product platform can help designer use more common modules to meet the customer＇s diverse demands.
