摘  要:对立磨机腔型内的磨介球进行运动和受力分析,推导出了单个磨介速度表达式,磨介的运动与转速、腔型结构等参数相关。借助计算机仿真技术,通过正交实验方法对立磨机腔型内磨介的运动过程进行了数值模拟,运用极差法讨论了立磨机拨料筋数量、转速、磨介尺寸对立磨机破碎能的影响。得出磨介尺寸对破碎效果影响最大,其次是转速,拨料筋数量影响最小。仿真得出的参数配合和参数优先级,能够正确的反应各参数对立磨机破碎效果的影响,为提高立磨机破碎能和立磨机工作参数优化提供了参考。The expressions of the speed of a single milling medium was derived,based on the movement and force analysis of the milling medium in the vertical mill chamber.The movement of the milling medium is related with parameters such as rotating speed,cavity parameters,etc.By using the technology of the computer simulation,orthogonal experiment methods is used to simulate the motor process of the milling medium,then the influence of the number of the sinews,rotational speed and the size of the milling medium were discussed useing range method.It is shown that the size of the milling medium has the biggest influence on crushing effect,and the next is rotational speed,and the number of the sinews has the minimal impact.The simulation parameters and the priority of the parameters,can correctly react to the effect of the parameters to the grinding mill,which can provide a reference for improving the crushing energy of vertical mill and the optimization of operation parameters.
