摘　　要：CI is very useful when the molecular ion peak of an unknown sample is absent by EI. The quasi-molecular ion peak obtained by CI provides the information about the molecular weight. More than fifty samples in which some nucleosides were analysed successfully by CI-MS.CI is very useful when the molecular ion peak of an unknown sample is absent by EI.
