摘  要:转子转速和系统风量是立磨选粉机的两个重要操作参数。针对立磨选粉机改造结构,采用离散相(DPM)流体模型和RNG k-ε湍流模型,对分级区压力分布进行了数值模拟(CFD)分析;对比分析了不同操作参数下压力分布与分级效率的影响,获得转子转速和系统风量对立磨选粉机分级区压力分布与分级效率的变化规律。结果表明:转子转速与系统风量匹配不当导致分级区叶片间压力分布的大幅波动,立磨选粉机的分级效率降低。综合数值模拟与试验分析,5500 m3/min的系统风量与55 r/min的转子转速使选粉机分级区的压力分布最为均匀。Rotor speed and air flow system are two important operating parameters in vertical mill classifier.For the transformation of the structure on classifier,using discrete phase(DPM)-fluid model and RNG k-ε turbulence model,the stress field is simulated on the classification areas and the(CFD)analysis is taken.After comparatively analysing the stress field and the equipment classification efficiency under different operating parameters,the influence on changing law of stress field and classification efficiency of classifier was acquired,and the experimental research was made.The results show that due to improper matching of the rotor speed and air flow system,the pressure distribution between the blades sharp fluctuates in the grading area,and the vertical mill classifiers classification efficiency decreases.Comprehensive numerical simulation and experimental analysis,5500m3/min air flow system with 55r/min rotor speed of the separator zone classification are in most uniform pressure distribution.
