摘　　要：简要介绍了TRIZ理论及其基本原理,分析了图书分拣机存在的问题,通过利用TRIZ理论对图书分拣装置进行了研究和创新设计,提出了提高图书分拣机效率和可靠性的总体设计方案,为其设计提供了新的方向。所设计的分拣装置由模块化集成,能够实现在传送装置的两侧分拣图书,具有冲击小,噪声低,运行费用低的特点,并可根据需要设置较多的分拣道口,在各高校的图书馆具有较大的应用前景。研究和应用TRIZ理论对我国机械产品的创新设计具有重要的理论和现实意义。It briefly introduces the theory of TRIZ and its basic principles,analyzing the existing problems of the book sorting machine,and making a concrete study and innovative design of the book sorting device by using the theory of TRIZ.It proposes the overall design of improving the efficiency and reliability of the book sorting device,providing a new direction for its design.The sorting device consists of modular integration;it can sort the books on both sides of the transmission device,and it has features of small impact,low noise,and low operating costs.It can set up more sorting crossings according to the needs,so it has larger applications prospect in college library.Research and application of TRIZ theory in mechanical product innovation design has an important theoretical and realistic significance.
