摘  要:针对云梯消防车设计的柔性、设计的概念化、产品性能优化的需要,探讨了基于协同设计的云梯消防车功能模块化体系架构。基于模块化思想和Visual C++软件开发平台,构造分布式功能模块交互界面。各个分布式功能模块共享云梯消防车信息模型中的数据,进行设计信息的通信和交流,并通过C++程序对Matlab后台调用,实现结构的优化,保证了协同设计中的数据一致性。采用了基于模糊数学理论的冲突消解方法来协调不同学科之间的目标冲突。For the design of conceptualization and flexibility and the need of product performance's optimizing of Aerial Ladder fire truck,based on the function modularization system,architecture of Aerial Ladder fire truck which was based on collaborative design was discussed.Based on the modular thought and Visual C++ software development platform,the distributed function modularization man-machine interface structure of Aerial Ladder fire truck was able to get constructed.And the data of information model of Aerial Ladder fire truck was shared by each distributed modularization,and the communication and exchange were further conducted.By calling MATLAB in C++ programming,the optimization of the structure was realized,and the data consistency of collaborative design was guaranteed.The goal conflict of different subject was coordinated by using conflict resolution which was based on fuzzy data theory.
