摘 要:高速干切削是高速切削加工领域的一种绿色加工技术,已经发展成为先进制造领域重要的研究方向之一,克服干切削所带来的诸多不利影响是保证高速干切削加工质量的关键。热管技术由于其突出的传热能力、优良的等温性能和较好的环境适应能力而得到广泛应用。介绍了高速干切削加工的概念和优缺点,探讨了热管技术的工作原理和应用领域,针对三种不同的热管刀具,研究了热管技术在高速干切削加工中的应用,从一定程度上解决了高速干切削加工中刀具散热难的问题。High speed dry cutting is a kind of green cutting technology in high-speed cutting fields.It has become one of the important research directions in the field of advanced manufacturing technology.To overcome the adverse effects which were brought by the dry cutting are the key factors to realize the high speed dry cutting quality.Heat pipe technology is widely used,because of its outstanding heat transfer capacity,excellent isothermal performance and better ability to adapt to the environment.The concept,advantages and disadvantages of the high-speed dry cutting were introduced.Also,the working principle and application of heat pipe were discussed.At last,aiming at three different heat pipe cutting tools,the application of heat pipe technology in high speed dry cutting machining was presented.To some extent,it solved the key problem of heat dissipation of the tools in the high speed dry cutting process.
