摘  要:前桥是连接车身与车轮的重要部件,其强度是否可靠直接决定整车的安全性。应用CAE分析方法对某轻型汽车前桥进行有限元分析和疲劳寿命分析。将前桥的三维实体模型进行简化,导入Hypermesh中建立以CHEXA和CTETRA为基本单元的有限元模型,利用具有梁属性的bar单元模拟主销连接,并以RADIOSS为求解器进行前桥的强度和疲劳分析。结果表明,前桥在四种典型工况下最大应力均未超过材料屈服强度,其最低疲劳寿命为99.4万次,满足疲劳寿命的要求,验证了设计的合理性。Front axle is one of the important components which is connected with body and wheels.Its intensity reliablity decides the vehicle safety.Finite element analysis on the front axle of a light vehicle by CAE method was carried out here.The FEA model of front axle was established by taking CHEXA and CTETRA as basic units after model was simplified and imported to Hypermesh.The knuckle pin was simulated by bar element which had beam property.Analysis of four typical working conditions were carried out by using RADIOSS as solver.The results show that the maximum stress of the front axle are no more than material yield strength in four conditions,and its minimum fatigue life is 994,000 times which satisfies the fatigue requirements,and also verifies the design is correct.
