摘　　要：螺杆压缩机组是一种容积式回转压缩机,具有效率高、调节范围大、寿命长的优点,目前已在石油、化工、矿山等企业空气调节中得到广泛的应用。为适应环保要求和企业的需要,有必要进行相关研究来解决螺杆压缩机在使用中面临的各种噪声问题。针对矿山企业两台螺杆压缩机组噪声治理工程中的具体情况采用隔声罩对其进行噪声治理。阐述了隔声罩的设计要求和隔声原理,对材料的选择和布置、隔声罩的结构设计以及加隔声罩后设备的通风散热进行了细致的分析,在工程实际应用中取得了很好的降噪效果。Screw compressor is a positive displacement rotary compressor with the advantages of high efficiency,large adjustment range and long life.It has been widely used in air conditioning in the petroleum,chemical,mining and other enterprises.In order to protect the environment and meet the needs of enterprises,it is necessary to conduct relevant researches to solve the noise problems of using the screw compressors.In the noise control engineering of two screw compressors in a mining enterprise,noise isolation encloser has been used for noise control.The design requirements and noise isolation principles of noise isolation encloser has been presented here.Material selection and arrangement,ventilation and heat dissipation of the noise isolation encloser has been carefully analyzed in the project.In the practical applications,a satisfactory noise reduction effect has been achieved.
