摘 要:针对大型航空叶片铣削加工中精确定位难、切削力引起的弹性变形大等问题,基于ABAQUS软件,通过有限元分析方法对顶尖式叶片数控加工夹具的结构进行了优化设计。优化后的夹具在叶尖工艺台端采用夹具夹紧方式固定工艺台,在榫根端采用液压机构施加夹紧力,并增加了榫根定位块的高度。切削试验表明,经结构优化的夹具满足了数控铣削对夹具的刚性要求,保证了叶片的定位精度,并将加工误差控制在0.08mm以内。This work was carried out in order to optimize the blades' positioning fixture of conical sliding support through finite element analysis method based on ABAQUS.When using the fixture of conical sliding support to machine a large overhanging fan blade,the blade is difficult to position and the elastic deformation of it is obvious.So the optimized fixture adopted the clamping way to position the tip of blades and the hydraulic system to exert the locking force on blades'tenon,otherwise the height of located block was increased.In order to verify the behavior of the optimized fixture,a machining experiment was carried out.The result of the experiment showed that the new fixture improved the positioning accuracy of the blades and limited the NC machining error less than 0.08mm.
