摘  要:渐开线齿轮齿根过渡曲线是影响齿根弯曲应力的重要因素。为提高齿轮的弯曲强度,采用有理二次贝齐尔(Bezier)曲线来描述刀顶曲线,运用ANSYS内嵌的一阶优化方法,以内权因子w1为设计变量、最大Von Mises应力为目标函数直接优化滚刀刀顶曲线来优化齿根过渡曲线,并通过30°切线法验证了优化结果的准确性,得出了齿根最大弯曲应力、刀顶曲线和齿根过渡曲线形状随内权因子w1的变化曲线。结果表明:w1=0.12时,齿根弯曲应力降低12.2%,仍能获得光滑的齿根过渡曲线和光滑的滚刀刀顶曲线。The fillet curve of involute gears is the important factor which affects the root bending stress.The goal is to improve tooth bending stress by using rational quadratic Bezier curve to describe the hob tip curve and through direct optimization of the hob tip curve to optimize the fillet curve.With the maximum Von Mises stress in gear tooth fillet as the objective function,and the weight factor w1 as the design variables,first-order optimization method is used in ANSYS to research shape optimization of fillet curve,and the accuracy of the results is verified by 30° tangent method.The result shows the relationship between the weight factor w1 and tooth root bending stress obtains the tooth fillet curve with a higher strength and smooth hob tip curve with bending stress reduced by 12.2% when w1=0.12.
