摘 要:渐开线齿轮由于其啮合性好,承载能力高,传动平稳等优点,在变速器传动中应用十分广泛。但传统变速器设计周期较长,尤其在齿轮校核分析方面,需要大量繁琐的计算过程,劳动强度大。常规的齿轮分析是在第三方软件中建模,然后导入有限元软件中进行力学分析。由于软件接口的不完整性,需要对模型进行大量修补工作,以得到较高的分析精度。因此,有必要对齿轮进行程序化的分析计算。借助ANSYS提供的APDL语言,开发了精确渐开线圆柱直齿轮的参数化建模及自动分析模块,从而提高设计人员的分析效率,缩短设计周期,减少设计成本,在实际工程中有一定的应用价值。Involute gears have been widely used in many transmissions for its good meshing performance,loading capacity and smooth transmission.However,the process of design is a long cycle and strength check needs a large amount of tedious calculations.In the traditional analysis method,gears are often modeled in the third soft,and then introduced into the finite element analysis soft to perform the mechanical analysis.Due to the imperfection of interface between different soft,to get higher accuracy of analysis,repairing model is needed.It is necessary to program the process.Based on APDL language of ANSYS software,a module which can establish accurate involute spur gear models and complete analysis was explored,therefore improving the efficiency of designers,shortening the design periods and decreasing design costs.It has a high value in the practical projects.
