摘 要:连杆是压缩机的重要零部件之一,振动破坏是六列以上压缩机零件的主要失效形式。而影响连杆振动的主要因素是连杆的模态。因此针对某六缸压缩机的连杆,通过建立连杆的振动学方程,并利用ANSYS的模态分析方法,对连杆进行模态分析,分析结构表明,通过加大连杆小头孔壁厚,渗氮、滚压处理可达到减小弯曲裂纹的产生的目的。另外,通过对连杆的谐响应分析,计算出连杆发生共振的频率、共振幅值及主振方向,为连杆的结构设计或进一步优化设计提供理论依据。A connecting rod is one of the most important parts in compressors.The main destruction form of those that having six or more than six cylinders is vibration.The main factor that affecting the connecting rod’s vibration is the mode of it.For this purpose,it took the connecting rod of the compressor that having six cylinders as an example.By establishing the vibration equations and using finite element method,the modal of it was analyzed,and the conclusion shows that by increasing the thickness of the small hole of the connecting rod,taking the nitriding,rolling handling of it,the purpose of reducing the bending cracks of it can be achieved.In addition,by the harmonic response analysis of it,the resonance frequencies and amplitudes of the connecting rod,and the position of the maximum resonance amplitude were calculated.They can provide a theoretical basis for the structural design and the further design optimization of the connecting rod.
