摘 要:以精密成形磨齿机的砂轮主轴系统为研究对象,应用基于有限元理论的ANSYS软件,建立了有限元三维仿真计算模型,研究了不同的轴承支承方式,得出了砂轮主轴静刚度与轴承刚度的非线性关系;分析了不同轴承组配方式的受力不均现象,明确了它们的优缺点;进行了基于静刚度的支承跨距优化计算,指明了跨距优化的方向;应用模态分析的方法计算出了主轴系统的各阶固有频率及其振型。基于上述研究,完成了对砂轮主轴系统的静动态特性的分析,形成了一整套的结构优化分析技术,提出了具有实际意义的结构优化意见。The precision form grinding machine spindle system is the research object.The finite element three-dimensional simulation mode is established by ANSYS which is based on the theory of finite element.The nonlinear relationship of spindle static stiffness and bearing stiffness is concluded in different supporting mode.The advantages and disadvantages of different arrangement types have been defined by the analysis of their uneven stress.All order natural frequency and vibration mode has been calculated by the application of modal analysis method.The span optimization calculation,based on the static stiffness of the bearing,has indicated the span optimization direction.All order natural frequency and vibration mode has been calculated by application of modal analysis method.Based on the above research,it has completed the static and dynamic characteristics analysis of the wheel spindle system,formed a set of structure optimization analysis technology,and put forward the practical structure optimization opinion.
