摘  要:针对正方形排布多孔板结构等效分析问题,分别建立三维实体有限元模型和等效实心板轴对称有限元模型。并分别使用直接有限元方法求解和ASME规范中三角形排布多孔板的等效方法计算两个模型孔洞处最大薄膜加弯曲应力。通过计算结果比较,证明使用ASME规范方法计算结果更为保守,其可用于正方形排布多孔板的应力评定。结论为使用等效模型对正方形排布多孔板进行ASME应力评定提供了一定的参考和依据。It established two FEM models which are a 3D solid element model and a 2D equivalent solid axisymmetric model,respectively,for the equivalent of the perforated plates of the square penetration pattern.And the maximum membrane plus bending stresses of these two models are calculated by direct FEM calculation and by usage of ASME code which are used for triangle pattern respectively.The comparison of the results shows that the results solved by ASME rules are conservative,and the ASME rules are applicable for perforated plate of square penetration pattern perforated plate.The results provide supporting evidence for the feasibility of ASME evaluation with equivalent models of the perforated plate of the square penetration pattern perforated plate.
