摘  要:摩托车车架是整车的关键承载部件,其刚度、强度和疲劳可靠性对整车的性能起到决定性的作用。提出了基于RPC(远程参数控制)的摩托车车架多通道道路模拟试验方法,在分析摩托车车架实际行驶载荷和约束情况基础上,设计了摩托车车架三通道道路模拟试验装置,并对试验装置前支架、后支座、加载夹具等关键部件进行了详细设计,建立了试验装置三维模型。配备RPC控制器,该装置不仅能够进行多轴向、多激励运动解耦,而且能够较准确的在室内复现车架的实际行驶载荷。具有通用性强、重复性好和试验周期短等优点。The frame is the key part of motorcycle,its rigidity,strength and fatigue reliability have significant effect on vehicle performance.A new method of multi-channel road simulation test was proposed based on RPC(Remote Parameter Control),then the three channel road simulator was designed combining with the analysis of real load spectrum and the constraint conditions,at the same time,key parts such as front support,rear base as well as fixtures were designed in detail;finally,the three-dimensional model was built.It not only can achieve motion decoupling when excitation signals are multiaxis,but also is able to reproduce the real load with RPC controller.Besides,it has many advantages,such as: highly optimized for general use,good repeatability and shorter test period,etc.
