摘  要:与同量级常规布局飞机相比,翼身融合布局(BWB,Blended wing body)飞机具有结构重量轻、气动效率高、燃油消耗少等优势,被普遍认为是最有希望应用到下一代民机的新型气动布局。通过与常规布局飞机机身结构的比较,对BWB非圆柱形机身结构特性进行了分析研究,并在圆柱多舱段机身(MBF,Multi-bubble fuselage)的基础上进行了翼身融合布局增压舱的结构设计,提出了两种增压舱结构型式。结构分析表明球形增压舱是一种结构较为高效、空间利用率较高的结构型式,为BWB增压舱结构设计提供了重要参考。Comparison with a conventional configuration airplane sized for the same design mission indicates that the blended wing body configuration has a significantly advantage in structural weight,aerodynamic efficiency and fuel economy,which makes the blended wing body to be the most potential configuration applying to the next generation of transport aircraft.By comparing with the conventional aircraft fuselage structure,it studied the non-cylindrical fuselage structural characteristic and presented the preliminary structural design for the BWB pressurized cabin and two feasible pressure cabin.The analysis results showed that the spherical pressurization cabin had an advantage in structural weight and efficiency without regarding to the manufacture,which is applicable to the pressurized fuselage structural design of BWB aircraft.
