摘 要:针对传统煤矿监测系统的缺点,提出了一种基于ARM嵌入式系统的CAN总线煤矿分布式远程监测系统。给出了在线监测系统的总体架构,详细介绍了CAN总线智能节点的硬件组成和软件设计流程。系统采用基于ARM7TDMI-S核心的微控制器LPC2292作为煤矿井下监控子站CAN节点的核心,远程用户通过工业以太网访问本地嵌入式Web服务器以获得矿井的安全监测信息,实现了煤矿瓦斯、一氧化碳等参数的在线实时监测与预警。实验结果表明,该监测系统具有体积小、功耗低、运行稳定可靠等优点。Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional mine monitoring system,a CAN bus distributed remote monitoring system based on ARM embedded system for coal mine was proposed.The whole structure of the online monitoring system was given.The hardware components and the software design process of the CAN bus intelligent nodes were introduced in detail.The microcontroller LPC2292 with an ARM7TDMI-S core was adopted as the kernel of the underground coal mine monitoring sub-stations CAN nodes.Remote users accessed the local embedded web server via industrial Ethernet to obtain the information of the mine safety monitoring system.It has realized the online real-time monitoring and early warning of coal mine gas,carbon monoxide and other parameters.The experimental results show that this monitoring system has advantages of small size,low power consumption,stable and reliable operation.
