摘 要:在轴承转子系统中,为了抵消轴向载荷、减小轴向振动,常常在轴上安装推力盘。安装误差以及转轴受载变形等因素会使推力盘发生偏斜从而使推力边动特性发生变化。针对圆柱轴承推力边动特性的偏斜效应问题进行了理论计算与分析:首先利用有限差分法和超松弛迭代法求解Reynolds方程得到推力边的压力分布,然后利用小扰动法求得推力边不同位置处的刚度和阻尼系数,最后探讨了推力盘偏斜条件下偏斜角度、安装间隙以及轴向载荷频率对推力边动特性的影响规律。研究结果表明,推力盘偏斜对不同位置处的刚度和阻尼系数有重要影响,为推力边的设计与安装奠定了基础。In the bearing of the rotor system,in order to offset the axial load and reduce the axial vibration,thrust disks are used usually.Thrust disk will have a angular misalignment because of vibration and so on,which can make its dynamic characteristics change.Dynamic behaviors of thrust edge of cylindrical journal bearing in presence of angular misalignment are calculated and analyzed.First,the finite difference method and the relaxation iteration method were used to solve the Reynolds equation to get pressure distribution,then used small perturbation method to get the stiffness and damping coefficients of Thrust Disk in different sections,finally discussed the influence of the angular misalignment,installation clearance and frequency of load on dynamic characteristics.The results show that,compared with the ideal cases,thrust disk's angular misalignment have an important influence on the dynamic characteristic coefficients in different position of thrust edge,which lay the foundation for the design and.Installation of thrust edge.
