摘 要:针对耐高温陶瓷原型制造问题,研究选用易加工且耐高温材料粘土做为原模材料,制定合理干燥工艺使得粘土原型毛坯强度提高,适合机床夹持和机加工,同时采用数控机床铣削粘土的方法制造耐高温原型,在工艺过程中不添加任何粘结剂从而实现绿色制造,价格低廉且减少了旧工艺中诸多弊端。选用沙发模型做为耐高温原型的例子进行了仿真及加工实验,模型表面通过光学显微镜及表面粗超度仪测量,表面光滑及原型表面精度达到1μm,符合熔射制模要求,证明该工艺路线可行。Focusing on manufacturing problems of high-temperature prototyping,in this study,the traditional high-temperature materials clay was chosen as raw material,and the drying process makes the clay blanks suitable for machining and clamping,and high-temperature prototype was manufactured by the conventional milling of CNC machine tools,reducing the drawbacks of the old process length and loss of accuracy in reproduction of the prototype.The sofa model was selected as a high-temperature prototype example,which was simulated and processed,and optical micrograph and the surface roughness of the as-machined samples showed good surface finish for the green bodies,and surface accuracy of the prototype was 1μm.This was in line with the melting shot molding requirements,and that the process route was feasible.
