摘  要:针对国内外研究身管疲劳寿命的三种方法,提出了应用有限元数值仿真计算的方法对身管疲劳寿命进行研究。基于弹塑性有限元理论,建立了某火炮身管、弹带及弹丸有限元模型,对弹带材料引入了Johnson-Cook本构模型,采用ALE技术对网格进行更新,应用内弹道方程和有限元挤进耦合求解的方法,得出力边界条件。通过对弹带挤进压力和火药气体压力作用下的身管疲劳寿命分析,火药气体压力作用下的身管疲劳寿命与美军同型号火炮身管疲劳寿命非常相近,说明后者是身管的疲劳破坏的主要因素。In view of three known methods for bore fatigue life at home and abroad,the FEM numerical simulation was applied to the research of bore fatigue life.The FE model of bore,band and projectile were established based on the elastic-plastic finite element theory.Johnson-Cook constitutive model was introduced in the band material,and the mesh was renewed with ALE method.The interior ballistic equations were solved coupling with the FEM engraving to get the force boundary condition.Through the analysis of fatigue life of bore under the band engraving pressure and powder gas pressure,the fatigue life under powder gas pressure is close to the fatigue life of the USA homotypical gun bore.It turned out that powder gas pressure is the main factor of bore fatigue failure.
