摘 要:对薄管板的结构形式进行了详细的介绍,同时对加氢反应器薄管板的受力进行了分析和研究。根据加氢反应器管板失效原因分析,采用有限单元法对加氢反应的结构进行应力分析计算,据此提出了环己酮加氢反应器管板的改型设计内容。环己酮装置加氢反应器采用了薄管板技术,其结构采用焊入式,管板和连接法兰分开,在节约用材、制造加工、防止应力腐蚀和稳定运行等方面均有较好的优点,节约用材(70~80)%,换热管与管板拉脱力由83.22MPa下降到50.33MPa,应力腐蚀得到明显改善,确保了环己酮装置的安全稳定运行。It introduced the thintubesheet structure in detail,moreover,did some analysis and research on the thintubesheet stress situation of hydrogenation reactor.According to the causes of failure,it analyzed the hydrogenation reactor tube plate,making structure stress analysis to the hydrogenation reactor tube plate by finite element methods,and then the modified content was designed.Thintubesheet Technology was used in the hydrogenation reactor of cyclohexanone device,the structure of which was in welding,plate and pipe separate from the flange,and had better behavior for saving materials,manufacturing process,preventing corrosion and stress stability,and the cost of the materials can be saved by(70~80)%,and the pull-out force between the heat exchange tube and tube sheet was decreased from 83.22MPa to 50.33MPa,and the stress corrosion was significantly improved,so it has advantages to ensure that the cyclohexanone operation device is safe and stable.
