摘　　要：为了提升轮胎制造企业的能源管理自动化水平,增强企业的节能分析能力,在分析轮胎企业能源管理迫切需求的基础上,对基于低碳优化模型的能源管理系统的结构进行了分析与设计,将低碳生产调度模型和低碳异常检测模型应用到轮胎企业能源管理系统中,重点研究了低碳生产调度模型和低碳异常检测模型在系统中的设计与功能实现,包括:关键流程描述、数据模型设计、关键接口说明等。系统在广州某橡胶轮胎有限公司的初步应用中取得了良好的效果。In order to improve the energy management automation level of tire manufacture and enhance enterprise＇s energy saving analysis capability,it presents the structure of energy management system based on low carbon optimization model by analyzing the urgently needs of the energy management in tire enterprise.The low-carbon scheduling and the low-carbon anomaly detection model are applied to the energy management system.It mainly focuses on the system design and realization of low-carbon scheduling and low-carbon anomaly detection,including the key process description,the data model design,key interface description and so on,which achieved good effects in the preliminary application to Guangzhou certain Rubber Tire Limited Company.
