摘　　要：在详细分析现有离散制造业制造执行系统所存在的问题和需求的基础上,针对基于浏览器/服务器(B/S)构架的制造执行系统,运用信息构建(IA)理论,以某航空液压制造企业的制造执行系统为例,主要从系统的组织系统、导航系统、标识系统和用户体验等方面对其进行了系统优化,基本解决了原有系统突出的信息暴增和信息表达不畅问题。优化后的系统既符合离散制造业自有特点,又达到准确、可理解、统一的信息构建要求,从而有效提高了生产过程的管理效率。On the basis of the detailed analysis of the problems and needs of the existing discrete manufacturing MES, based on the widely use of Browser/Server architecture of the MES, combining with the Information Architecture （IA） theory, take the MES of an aviation hydraulic enterprise for example, mainly fiom the system of organization systems, navigation systems, identifwation systems, and user experience to its system optimization, basically solved the original system exist highlights problems like the surge of information and expression poor. The optimized system not only satisfies the discrete manufacturing its own characteristics, but also with accurate, understandable, united requirements of information construction, improves the management efficiency of the production process.
