摘　　要：火花塞滚丝机用于加工汽车火花塞螺纹,它是采用行星式滚丝的方式,振动盘加上料装置组成自动送料滚丝设备。火花塞在电磁振动式料斗中自动排列并被送入滑道,靠自身重力进入水平滑道,齿形拨料轮将火花塞连续地喂进滚丝轮和弧形搓丝板组成的滚压成型区,被加工件在滚压成型区完成螺纹的加工。与以往滚丝机相比,免去了人工送料的工序,而且行星式滚丝机优于直线搓丝机以及三轮滚丝机,大大提高了生产效率。技术设备有着广阔的应用前景。Spark plug thread rolling machine is used for processing automobile spark plug thread,which uses of planetary rolling way,and vibration plate with homemade feeding device are combined into a new type of automatic feeding rolling equipment.Spark plug arranges automatically in the electromagnetic vibration hopper and is sent into the slide,by its own gravity into horizontal slideway,and tooth ejecting wheel continuously feeds the spark plug into the rolling forming area contained by thread rolling wheel and curved thread rolling plate,and the thread is completed in the rolled forming area by the work piece.It is compared with the past thread rolling machine,eliminating the artificial feeding process,and planetary rolling machine is superior to straight thread rolling machines,as well as three-wheel rolling machine.It greatly improves the efficiency of production.This technology has broad application prospects.
