摘 要:为了提高模具光整加工的生产效率、降低劳动强度,设计了一种多速软轴式模具电磨。给出了模具电磨的设计方案,重点介绍了其中变速机构的设计。变速机构中的变速轴外圆上开有导向槽和插销定位孔,移动和旋转变速轴可使其偏心孔内的齿轮轴以不同直径的从动齿轮与主动齿轮啮合,实现三种速度的变换。对从动齿轮与主动齿轮的啮合方位作了几何分析,计算了变速过程中变速轴所需的旋转角度。变速机构至磨头之间采用软轴传动,便于手持操作,增加模具光整加工的灵活性。A kind of multi-speed electric grinder with flexible shaft used for the finish machining of die and mould is designed to improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity.The design scheme of the electric grinder is given,and the design of speed change mechanism is emphatically introduced.The guiding grooves and location holes for inserting of the pin are machined on the cylindrical surface of shifting shaft of the speed change mechanism.By moving and rotating the shifting shaft,the different driven gear on the gear shaft that installed in the eccentric hole of the shifting shaft engage with the driving gear,and then three steps of speed can be resulted.The geometric analysis of the gear engage orientation is carried out.The angles that the shifting shaft needs to rotate for the speed change are calculated.A flexible shaft is used for the transmission from speed change mechanism to grinding head,so it is easy operation with hand and it can increase the flexibility for the finish machining of die and mould.
