摘　　要：建立科学的科研监管机制是目前高校二级学院面临的重要改革任务。本文结合土木工程学院实际科研及管理情况,从学院科研监管岗位职责、科研项目管理及服务到科研经费管理和对项目、创新团队及个人的考核评价激励机制等学院具体科研监管方面作了深入研究。初步建立了具有我院特色的学院科研监管机制。全国各高校学院科研监管办法还处于摸索阶段,希望本机制的建立思路对全国各高校学院科研监管办法的建立健全做出贡献。It is a important task of reforming to set up scientific supervision mechanism in school of colleges.combined with actual research and management in School of Civil Engineering,we made an indepth study from the college scientific research supervisory responsibilities,scientific research project management and service to the management of funds for scientific research,innovative team and individual evaluation incentive mechanism of concrete research supervision and established the scientific supervision mechanism with the characteristics of our college.The University of China＇s research of regulatory measures still in the exploratory stage,We hope that the establishment of this mechanism is helpful to other schools and universities in establishing scientific supervision mechanism.
