摘　　要：作为应对《TRIPs协议修正案》出台的一个重要措施,美国先后同许多国家签署了一系列超TRIPs协议。针对《TRIPs协议修正案》中的一些不利于专利权人的条款规定,这些超TRIPs协议大大地提高了知识产权保护水平和力度。哥伦比亚。As an important measure to meet the creation of the TRIPs Amendment,the America then and now have signed some Extra TRIPs Agreements with many countries.These agreements have raised protected intellectual property standards against the nonbeneficial articles of the TRIPs Amendment.The Free Trade Agreements concluded by the United State with the Columbia,Peru and Ecuador,are the outstanding examples.
