朝鲜对外经济政策变化特征探析

摘　　要：朝鲜的对外经济政策虽然还没有摆脱计划经济框架,但是在不同时期随着国际国内形势的变化而不断进行调整。其表现在20世纪70-80年代进行了对外贸易政策调整;自20世纪90年代开始,朝鲜不仅进行了对外贸易机构改革和贸易秩序整顿,而且还设立了第一个经济特区;进入21世纪后,突出表现在经济特区的扩大和升级,朝韩经贸合作开始启动,以及中朝经贸合作进一步升级和朝韩经贸合作面临危机。Though DPRK＇s foreign economic policies are still in the framework of planned economy, they have been constantly adjusted with the change of international and domestic situations in different times： from 1970＇s to 1980＇s, DPRK adjusted the foreign trade policies; since 1990＇s, it not only began its institutional reforms of foreign trade and regulated the trade order, but also built the first special economic zone; in the 21^st century, its special economic zones are expanded and upgraded, the economic cooperation with ROK starts and develops, then the cooperation between the two countries reaches crisis points.
