摘　　要：中国共产党四代领导人的高校基层党组织建设理论是一脉相承的科学体系,是中国共产党党建理论的重要组成部分。他们在执政期间发展了高校基层党组织建设理论,为充分发挥基层党组织的作用,促进我国高校的发展,巩固党的领导地位进行摸索。Construction of theoretical system of grass - roots party organizations under four generations of Chinese leaders in colleges and universities constitutes a unified scientific system imbued with the same spirit, which is an important part of CCP building theories. Four generations of Chinese leaders made contribution to developing the construction of theoretical system of grass - roots party organiza- tions, which plays a significant role in promoting the development of colleges and universities, and consolidating the party＇ s leadership.
